70 burpees(with press up)
60 sit ups
50 24kg kb swings
40 pull ups
30 decline press ups on push up bars(feet on kitchen worktop)

For future ref: burpees and sit ups unbroken. kb swings done in 35 and 15 reps. Pull ups done in 1 set of 10 and 6 sets of 5. Press ups done in 15,8 and 7 reps.
