Incorporated most of todays burpees into a wee workout to stave off the sheer boredom of doing them. So did 8 rounds of:

10 burpees
10 pull ups
10 sit ups

Then did 5k run.

For future ref: burpees and sit ups unbroken. kb swings done in 35 and 15 reps. Pull ups done in 1 set of 10 and 6 sets of 5. Press ups done in 15,8 and 7 reps.
