Did some tabata's today

Bottom to bottom squats (rest period in squat position - ouch) lowest score 12
Tricep dips lowest score 15
Pull ups lowest score 5
55 kg deadlift lowest score 6

75 x 75lb power snatches for time.Used 35kg think that's about right.

30 press ups
40 sit ups
50 squats

Did every round in just under 3 minutes and had 3 minutes rest between each round.
Last round absolutely fucked me up badly. Was a good 10 minutes before I could even stand up. Happy days!

Did the military fitness tonight. Good session. Loads of press ups,sit ups and burpees. Not much running due to the ice. Will need to hit the road once all this ice buggers off!

Didn't time it. Took about 5 mins rest then did 100 kb swings.
Roll on Xmas getting new weights as 55kg is all i've got just now.
